FORMER AIDE TO THE EXECUTIVE GOVERNOR OF ENUGU STATE, HON. OZIOKOJA OZIOKO, COMMENDS RECTOR OF FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC OKO FOR TRANSFORMATIVE LEADERSHIP AND LANDMARK ACHIEVEMENTS.
Former aide to the Executive Governor of Enugu State, Hon. CC. Oziokoja Ozioko, has commended the Rector of the Federal Polytechnic Oko, Anambra State, Dr. Chioma Irene Awuzie, for her remarkable leadership, visionary initiatives, and sustained commitment to the transformation, growth, and advancement of the institution.
Hon. Oziokoja particularly applauded the Rector for her efforts in attracting a new TETFund Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Experience Centre to the Federal Polytechnic Oko, describing the initiative as a significant milestone that will further strengthen digital education, technological innovation, skills development, research, and opportunities for students and the wider academic community.
According to Hon. Oziokoja, the establishment of the ICT Experience Centre represents an important step towards equipping students and staff with the digital knowledge and competencies required to thrive in an increasingly technology-driven world.
He further commended Dr. Awuzie for her leadership, strategic engagement, and efforts towards attracting greater visibility and high-level attention to the Federal Polytechnic Oko. He specifically acknowledged the involvement of the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, CON, in the commissioning of multiple infrastructural development projects at the institution.
Hon. Oziokoja described these developments as a significant chapter in the history of Federal Polytechnic Oko, noting that they demonstrate what can be achieved through purposeful, visionary, accountable, and result-oriented leadership.

Hon. Oziokoja also encouraged the management, Governing Council, academic and non-academic staff, students, alumni, and the entire Polytechnic community to continue supporting initiatives that promote academic excellence, institutional development, technological advancement, innovation, and sustainable growth.
He described the ongoing developments as remarkable milestones in the history of Federal Polytechnic Oko, adding that the institution's progress deserves recognition, encouragement, and collective support from all stakeholders.
