Dr. Hilary Onyishi (IKEMBA), NDC Candidate for the Federal House of Representatives, Nsukka/Igboeze South Federal Constituency, reaffirms his unwavering commitment to youth empowerment as a cornerstone of his legislative agenda upon election into the Green Chamber of the National Assembly.

Facilitation of access to seed capital, grants, and soft loans through partnerships with financial institutions and government agencies, alongside mentorship programmes to nurture innovative, youth-led business ventures.

3. Employment-Oriented Programmes
Advocacy for legislation and initiatives that create direct and indirect job opportunities, including partnerships with private sector organizations to absorb skilled youths into gainful employment.

4. Capacity Building and Digital Literacy
Introduction of ICT training hubs to equip young people with 21st-century digital skills, positioning them competitively in both local and global job markets.
