My undiluted Appreciation to the quintessential, rectitudinous, mensch and noteworthy Executive Governor of Enugu state His Excellency,Gov.Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi CON ( udulekenyi 1 Orba udulekenyi GBURUGBURU)  who in his Goodness, magnanimouness, clemency, leniency, Kind-heartedness & Caritas heart appointed me  Technical Assistant  to his  emiable Government regardless of any protocols.By the Grace of God I was not only opportuned to serve and supervise over 5,000 projects in the state all through his administration but was also a witness of the good governance  dispensation.
       His Excellency you are a Great Iroko tree that has given birth to many branches.Your philanthropy, goodness,peace-making, consensus-orientedness, Equity & inclusiveness, effectiness & efficiency,Your transparency, sincerity, integrity, humility, ingenuity,human capital development & Responsiveness towards the affairs of the state is very encouraging &worth emulation.
      Their is no Government in the annals and history of Enugu state that has invested on human capital development, infrastructure & democratic socialism, egalitarianism, utopia, anti- totalitarianism and youthocracy like yours.Under your mentorship & leadership I have been opportuned to gain the following awards:
"One of the most influential young leaders in Enugu state", "Award of Excellence", "Icon of Peace/ National Building", Best Technical Assistance to the Executive Governor of Enugu state Award" Excellent Leadership" among others.In my contact with you and others ,you gave my community #Ugwunagbo of  Edem autonomous community of which  my brother HRH Engr. J.O Eze found favour by God and the people to be the first royal majesty of same kingdom all by your approval.
    Your demonstration of wisdom towards the serenity, tranquility,unity and peace making in the state is like that of King Solomon.
Your empowerment towards cyber culture of the state which lead to building  gigantic Tech Hub  in the state,  in order to raise leaders of tomorrow in field of ICT is so alarming.
    What can I say of you ? You constructed;
Ultramodern T-junction flyover , reconstructed the Airport roundabout/Orie--Emene/St.Patrick College/ Eke Obinnagu Road in Enugu- East.Reconstructed and dualized our own Opi-Nsukka-UNN road.Reconstructed Post- office round about- Odenigbo- Roundabout- Ogurugu Road- Ikenga road in Nsukka town . Reconstructed the Obechara road junction-umuakashi . Constructed Amankwo- Amaeke Ama Brewery Junction- 9th Mile by passes in Udi LGA.Reconstructed Nike Lake Road and Abakpa Nike Road in Enugu state.Constructed the 13KM Nike Lake junction -- Harmony Estate-- AmajiNike--- Adoration Pilgrimage Centre Orie Emene road linking the ever busy Abakpa Nike with Emene satellite Town in Enugu East Constructed (Earthwork) 8580KM road project linking the Ogbakutown in Awgu LGA (RAMP-2).
Rehabilitated the old UNTH-- Bunker road,Enugu: constructed the Holy Trinity Street---Bishop Michael Emeka street,/ independence layout: Mount crescent GRA: Oriofia street off road Wea street Enugu: Dental college school-- Tipper Garage road TransEkulu Enugu: Ugwuagi--Loma Timber road, Maryland Enugu: Nwafia street.Rehabilitated & remoulded the ancient historic and undulating 11KM Millikan Hill--Ngwo--9thmile road.Constructed the Ebonyi River Bridge,Ikem Isiuzo LGA.Constructed the 31KM Udenu Ring road with 2high tech bridges, in Udenu LGA.
Rehabilitated the IVA valley roads Enugu North LGA.Constructed the 8.8KM Nkalagu--- Ehamufu road in Isiuzo LGA neglected for over 35 years ago.Constructed the 26.66Km Ukpabi--Nimbo-- Ugbene--Ajima--Eziani road in Uzo uwani LGA (RAMP- 2).
Constructed the 22.443km Nke--mbu--Ogbudu ABA _ Obollo Etiti inter - Community road linking Isiuzo&Udenu LGA (RAMP -2). Constructed (Earthwt the 16Km erosion raveged Ehaulo/ Eha Etiti/ Eha -ndiagu--Mbu road& 24Km Premiere junction--Umuabor-- mbu road (RAMP), Covering 40Km, Construction of  Nsukka Township Stadium.Among others.
All done and dusted by His Excellency.
  In Fire  Service, Water resources, Education, judiciary interventions you did oustanding Sir:
*Constructed  the 1st Enugu state customary court of Appeal Headquarters complex
*Construction of 14 new court buildings &open registeries in the judicial divisions and magisterial districts across the state.
*Construction of 34 modern customary court across the state,two (2) per LGA.
*Massive renovation of the state judiciary headquarters complex Enugu.
*Renovated the former DAD Building Enugu& Converted same to the ministry of justice Headquarters.
*Establishment of Multi- Door court House in Enugu ,among other interventions.
*Scholarship grants & Bursary allowance to over 5,000 students.
*Attraction of Federal Polytechnic Ohodo
*Construction, equipping,& Commissioning of SUMAS state University Igbo -Eno 
*Under your able leadership Enugu was rated as the best performing state in 2021 WAEC ; all because of your selfless Investment into education sector, having known that youths are leaders of tomorrow
 *Economic ratings* 
*Under the watch and examplary leadership of His Excellency Enugu was rated among the 1,000 cities in the most impressive and vibrant strategy ecosystem by starting Blink a Swiss based research hub that publishes an annual global start up index
*Best state in terms of internally Generated Revenue (IGR) for the year 2019.
*Best state in the judicious utilisation of the ballot funds (Senate verdict).
Among others and still counting for I cannot tell it all for they are much.
       As it remains few days to complete your 2nd tenure as the Executive Governor of Enugu State, and also to handover to the new administration of Mbah/ Ossai for the consolidation of your unprecedented  good Governance in our dear State Enugu,  Verily you are the best that has happened to the good people of Enugu state. But the opponents and myopic  shortsighted enemies of the good of the state will not acknowledge all these. However both the good & the bad ,all in toto will miss you aftermath Because your legacy will always stand the test of time.Your Footprint will always be a pathway for a generation.Verily you have fought a good flight of faith just like Apostle Paul recorded in the Holy Bible ,and I know that the Crown and eternal rewards waits you indeed.Time will tell all you have done for NDI Enugu.
And so even in the next world I would yearn to have a boss , Mentor and a Godsent  Governor like His Excellency Gov .Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi.Our people said in Nsukka parlance that " Onye ana si  jide ka oji neme nke oma" (that he who keep it up is always said to ,does well).Your Excellency Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi your son  Oziokoja Ozioko having known that almighty will reward you infinitestimally ;"si gi de ka ijii" Daddy.
